3D Printed Parts

Every effort is made to ensure parts are fit for purpose, however 3D printing is a prototyping and low-volume production process which means each print may have slightly different, minor cosmetic imperfections. Particularly with visible parts, significant care is taken with print angles, seam location and material tuning to ensure a neat finish without the need for post-processing. Returns will not be accepted for small cosmetic defects.

Please also note that, although the plastic used is hard wearing, the layered finish of 3D prints can scuff easier than injection moulded parts.

Dispatch Times

When items are in stock, items will normally be dispatched within a week. As this is not a full-time occupation this target cannot be guaranteed.

There is a limited capacity to create new stock. Where items are not in stock there may be a delay in shipping your order, especially if there is already a backlog. When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email informing you.
